REFUND POLICY

Safe Work Place Training Pty Ltd maintains a fair and equitable refund policy.

To initiate a refund, written requests must be submitted to Safe Work Place Training, providing a detailed explanation for the reimbursement. Cancellations made in writing more than 72 business hours before the scheduled commencement of the unit qualify for a full refund. If Safe Work Place Training cancels a course, the fees will be reimbursed, or an alternative course schedule can be negotiated with the client. Once a course has commenced, fees become non-refundable, unless the client can demonstrate exceptional circumstances and provides a medical certificate or evidence of extreme personal hardship.

In such cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative fee of $00.

If a client withdraws from a unit after the commencement, no refund of training program fees will be issued. Failure to attend the enrolled unit also disqualifies the client from receiving any fee refund.

Information presented before enrollment or the initiation of training and assessment, whichever occurs first, outlines the student’s consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off period and the entitlement to a refund for services not rendered by Safe Work Place Training Pty Ltd, especially in the event of:

Early termination of the arrangement, or
Safe Work Place Training Pty Ltd failing to deliver the agreed-upon services.
